Abstract
Objective: To evaluate the therapeutic effect of the operation in the treatment of thyroid tumors.Methods: The therapeutic effects,risks and complication of 50 cases with thyroid trmors who received operation were reviewed.Results: Among the 50 patients,2 patients received total thyroid recection experienced temporary hypoparathyroidism,1 experienced subcutaneous hemorrhage,none suffered the damage of recurrent laryngeal nerve or superior laryngeal nerve,permanent hypoparathyroidism or hypothyroidism.None was found tumor recurrence in follow-up period.Conclusion: Nonselectiore lobectomy for thyroid tumors do not add complications and worthy of generalization.
