History evolution and contemporary enlightenment of China's administrative ethics concept

Administrative ethics concept is the overall concept of public administrative subjects and civ-il servants about administrative ethics value pursuit in public field.Based on the historical evolution of administrative ethics concept and corresponding theory,analyses were made of the inheritance and changes of administrative ethics concept in different historical periods.Based on the value concept changes of administrative ethics concept in different historical periods,the contemporary enlightenment on the construction of administrative ethics concept are summed up.
