Abstract
This paper studied fertility evolution of the paddy soil in a long-term fertilizer experiment. The results showed that fertilizer management affected soil fertility greatly.Combined application of chemical fertilizer and organic manure not only obviously increased nutrients accumulation in the soil, but also had acid-base equilibrium effect.Principal component analysis showed that combined application of chemical fertilizer and organic manure is the best treatment in all the fertilization treatments according to effects of fertilization on crop yield and soil fertility. The result was consistent with the finding of variance analysis.
