Abstract

The military presence of basic education is weak,the management system behind,and the graduate's own lack of awareness of innovation,research and practice,few other factors,resulting in a Military Academy of Engineering Graduate Innovative Quality.Military engineering graduate training and to improve the quality of innovation,depends on the institutions,their tutors and graduate students in three areas,in strengthening the role of the external environment,but also should pay attention to their innovative quality engineering graduate training and induction.
