A Comparative Study of Policy Finance and Public Finance

Promote the reform of policy finance is one of the sixty decisions of the Third Plenary Session of the18 th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China. goal to fully play a decisive role in the financial market is based on allocating resources in the interest rate market and capital market,policy finance is an important part of finance. Financial reform and innovation also calls for the sublimation of financial theory. The publicity of policy financeis proposed to adapt to the promotion of diverse social backgrounds,to make the policy finance get a better and faster development,achieving the full realization of the objective of maximizing social benefits. This paper,based on the nature of the policy finance,discussed a range of issues of public finance,policy finance and their relationship,and concluded corresponding policy recommendations from the perspective of publicity.
