Profibus-based control system for cold-pressed plant oil

Abstract

From a practical point,this paper offered Profibus-based fieldbus control system(FCS) for Cold-pressed plant oil technology and combined the configuration software WinCC to design the monitoring system of PC.Then it expounded communication problems of the Siemens S7-200 series PLC and PC and accomplished the monitoring process and alarm configuration of the whole system.Thus,the intelligent control on cold pressing of plant oil is better implemented.It ensures the security and raises the reliability of production.
