Abstract
The 800MPa grade dual phase steels are piloted based on C-Si-Mn alloy system in laboratory.Heat treatment techniques for dual phase steel are studied, and mechanical property test and microstructure analysis are conducted for the subject steel plate. The results show that, both yield strength and tensile strength increase with annealing temperature increase. From 740℃ to 760℃,the trend is unobvious, when annealing at 800℃,yield strength of steel is 490MPa,tensile strength reaches 955MPa,elongation is 18.0%.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
