Abstract
The contents of soluble non-starch polysaccharides and insoluble non-starch polysaccharides(NSP) in corn and its 16 kinds of by-products were deter mined by gas chromatography(GC).At the same time, the analysis of monosaccharides were determined by GC.The results showed that the five monosaccharides(arabinose, xylose, mannose, galactose and glucose)were contained in corn and its by-products.And the contend of arabinose, xylose and glucose were higher than the other monosaccharides. And the contents of soluble non-starch polysaccharides was higher than insoluble non-starch polysaccharides.
