Abstract
Extraction soybean consentration proteins from defatted soybean meals with ethanol solvent,using the soybean whey as row material,gained crude soybean oligosaccharide after alcohol was removed by consentration.A series of purifications such as complexprecipitating proteins,desalting with ion exchange resin and decolorizing with active carbon etc.are given.The process technique and parameters of soybean oligosaccharides are presented so as to be applied to large-scale industrial production.
