Standardization Development in China

Standardization,which is recognized as an effective management method,is widely implemented in international trade,technology improvement,and other important areas by many countries.In order to speed up the establishment of China's standardization,this essay provides some suggestions on standardization development which would be beneficial to science management,manufacturing,international trade and public security.Based on the analysis of its current situation and deficiencies of standardization in China,as well as the advanced experience in standardization development among the developed countries,this essay suggests that China's standardization strategy should be scheduled for development and it should be formed as its own standard system.Firstly,government administration should be strengthened or the market mechanism should be introduced in different areas.Secondly,the innovation development on science and technology should be encouraged.Thirdly,the research of basic theory on standardization should be enhanced.Fourthly,the standardization experts should be trained and the team should be expanded to strengthen the manpower for standardization development.Therefore,the Chinese style standardization system will be formed and developed.
