Reform and innovation:strategic thought of optimizing the supplying system of rural public products

With the constructing the new socialist countryside raised in the Eleventh Five-year Plan,the work to supply rural public products faces new opportunity and challenge.In view of the main problems existing in the current work of rural public supplies,the paper analyzes these problems from three levels: the macroscopic,center and microscopic views,and proposes the reform plans to perfect the supplying system of Chinese rural public products.
