Abstract

Landfill leachate is organic wastewater with high concentrations contaminants, low biodegradability and complex treatment process. Studies of leachate treatment are introduced around the world, mainly including biological treatment,physico-chemical methods and their joint technology, and discussed the development trend of landfill leachate.
