Research on innovative implementation model of medical liability insurance

The implementation of medical liability insurance is one important means of resolving patient conflicts,mediating medical disputes.Currently,the insurance is voluntary,due to various subjective and objective factors,the participation rate of the hospitals is significantly lower,and it hardly meet the basic requirements of the insurance provider,thus it is difficult to play the insurance's social administration effect.To this end,the relevant departments should innovate and promote the implementation of the insurance model,to take certain measures to encourage or even force the hospital side.By summarizing the pilot experience of parts of the country and successful practices from abroad,this paper argues,based on the innovative insurance of policy and compulsory insurance implementation model,the combination of the two,is one of the effective ways to achieve popularity and wide coverage of the insurance.
