Dworkin's Egalitarianism

Abstract

Dworkin attempted to surpass Rawls' equal libertarianism and Nozick's extreme libertarianism.He created a third type of libertarianism in aspect of the relationship between liberty and equality,which advocated that equality is prior to liberty;in aspect of justice of distribution,which claimed that resource should be equally distributed;in the aspect of equality,he recommended the theory of natural rights.
