Abstract
Targeting on the characteristics and the model of dynamic vehicle routing, the article researched their algorithm, and designed the improved genetic algorithm to solve the optimal path, the results showed that the improved genetic algorithm can increase the entire optimization ability and convergence speed, and it has achieved good results.
