Abstract

Objective To investigate the treatment of femoral neck fractures. Methods Clinic data of 80 cases of patients with femoral neck fractures treated from 2013 to 2012 were analyzed. Results Follow-up of one to three years in 40 patients, the fractures were healed in the healing time of three to four months without any complications and with good hip function. Conclusion Early strive anatomical fixation firmly. Depending on the type of fracture, at the same time, try to choose a less invasive surgery and avoid not too early weight-bearing after surgery to help reduce the incidence of nonunion and avascular necrosis.
