Construction quality management system and its operation traits decide the necessary of government management and supervision.Effectively carrying out government supervision over quality need to harness comprehensively on quality,safety as well as health,to set up body's thinking responsible for quality,to improve supervision service by supervision organization socialization and privatization,to optimize social supervision and guarantee system,to strengthen information management,to advance government supervision means,and to consolidate law restrain of contracts on their action.
