Comparative Analysis of Chinese and American Library Information Resource Digitalization Technical Environment

Abstract

Library information digitalization is the premise of digital library construction.Based on Chinese and American digital library development,the article introduces the development process and future development tendency of library information digitalization technology of the two countries,compares the characteristics of digitalization technology of China and America,points out existing problems in China information digitalization development and gives countermeasures.
