Abstract

In this paper a F2∶ 7of four-way recombinant inbred lines population with 160 individuals which come from the double cross( Kenfeng 14 × Kenfeng 15) ×( Heinong 48 × Kenfeng 19) was used as experimental material to construct a linkage map. A new soybean linkage map was consistent of 154 SSR primers allocated in 20 linkage groups( LG). The linkage map covered 3 066. 5 c M of the whole genome and the average distance among markers was 16. 13 c M,and the length of LG varied from 32. 0 to 335. 6 c M. The number of markers in each LG ranged from 4 to 15 and high density of markers appeared on LG D2,L,D1 b,C2 and O.
