Abstract

The emerging economic crime is a more complex criminal.The application of the penalties have also shown a difference owing to the specialization of subject of crime,and professional and intelligent criminal means.The death penalty should be used with caution and the free sentence should be used properly.At the same time,the application of the property punishment should be focused.The property punishment should be made with the main sentence.Then the new economic crime could be beat and restrained effectively.
