Research on the Validity of Arbitration Agreement:On the 17,18 Items of Arbitration Law

The arbitration agreement is the base of arbitration system.No arbitration can exist without a valid ar- bitration agreement.The recognition of the arbitration agreement involves the question whether the agreement is valid or not as well as whether the arbitration process can go on or not.With such consideration,it is necessary to have a systemic analysis on the validity of the arbitration agreement.The author tries to give some suggestions to lawmakers by analyzing clauses about the validity of the arbitration agreement in the Arbitration Law and using clauses in foreign arbitration laws for reference.
