Abstract

Analysing the factors affecting the legal consciouness is of vital significance to the development of college students' legal consciousness.As far as the actual situation in Inner Mongolia area is concerned,the factors affecting the college students' legal consciousness include the following five aspects: outmoded conventional legal ideas;bad social factors;education in legality at school or in college;family growth environment as well as college students themselves.To counter those factors,what we'll do is of active importance to the development of legal consciousness of college students.
