Abstract
This thesis illustrates the necessity of harmony consciousness of university management in building a harmonious campus.It also raises the idea that managements should cultivate the consciousness of harmony,starting with forming the senses of public servant,justice,consideration of overall situation,democracy,tolerance,etc.
