Abstract
The paper first gives the generators of infinite-dimensional odd Hamiltonian modular Lie superalgebra,then determines the derivation space of odd Hamiltonian modular Lie superalgebra to the generalized Witt modular Lie superalgebra.Furthermore,the derivation algebra of infinite-dimensional odd Hamiltonian modular Lie superalgebra is determined.
