Abstract

Objective Combined determination fasting blood sugar and blood of lean protein level of saccharification,evaluate the diabetes diagnosis in the clinical significance.Methods With Hitachi type 7020 automatic biochemistry analyzer test in 45 cases diabetes and 31 cases of the healthy check-up of fasting blood sugar,saccharification serum protein results,with statistical processing for analysis.Results Diabetes patients and healthy check-up of the fasting blood glucose and saccharifying serum protein was compared significant difference (P0.05).Patients with diabetes mellitus fasting blood sugar and saccharifying positive correlation between serum protein,the correlation coefficient for:r=0.8263.Conclusion Combined determination fasting blood sugar and saccharifying serum protein can be used as a diagnosis of diabetes sensitivity index,and has a good clinical value.
