On the Procedure Defendant

Abstract
The illegal behaviors of judicial organizations are one of the key factors to impact judicial fairness,violate legal rights of suspects and defendant.The procedure defendant is the way to correct the wrong in procedure proceedings,protect people's basic right and get fairness trail.The well procedure proceeding defendant regulation has not been made in our law and judicial practice.We should identify this system in law and improve the relative protect measures as soon as possible.
