The rapid development of modern logistics can not do without the support of financial services,logistics and finance is the inevitable result of the logistics industry. This paper analyzes the characteristics and mode of Logistics and Finance,also from collateral material,logistics,finance companies,financial institutions talk about four aspects of the logistics of financial risks and prevention.
