Abstract

The article introduces the approaches to developing the website issue system using.NET technology,to implementing the dynamic management of information gathering,editing,auditing and issuing,and to improving the monitor on quality and efficiency of editing.Both the principles of system development and the characteristics and design of the system are introduced.
