Abstract

Effect of glyphosateon soil microbial and enzyme activity of Camellia forest was studied in this article. The result showed that after glyphosate treatment 60 d,the number of soil fungi, bacteria and actinomycetes were subject to very significant growth inhibition,it decreased 44. 7%,58. 2% and 54. 7% respectively, which compared with the control. After glyphosate treatment 150 d,the number of soil fungi and actinomycetes is still highly significant than the control, but the number of bacteria was significantly higher than the control. After glyphosate treatment 60 d,soil urease, phosphatase and catalase activity were significantly than the control. After glyphosate treatment 150 d,soil ureaseactivity from inhibition to activation,7% higher than the control. The soil phosphatase activity inhibition eased, soil catalase activity inhibition is increased. After glyphosate treatment 60 d and 150 d,there were nono detectable residues of glyphosate in soil, camellia fruits and leaves.
