Abstract
Virtual Private Network(VPN)is a new network technology,which can create a temporary ,private and secure tunnel based on the Internet.It provides solutions to secure transferring and resource sharing. This paper discusses technology and protocol of VPN ,and how to use VPN to construct Internet by example.
