Abstract
The construct plays an important role in psychological theory,but the defects of the construct not only handicaps the development of psychological theory,but also restraints the application of psychology.The paper analyses fou::defects of construct: circulative,unmanipulative,diversionary and unpractical.On the basis of the analysis,the paper also points out the orientation of psychological theory.
