Abstract

This paper first analyzes the features and advantages of multi-media computer-assisted foreign language teaching, then discusses on the relationship between multi-media computer-assisted foreign language teaching and traditional foreign language teaching. The last section of this paper concludes that modern foreign language teaching is characterized by student- and learning-centered, language use-focused and all-rounder-oriented education including the development of intercultural communication competence and a flexible and perspective mind.
