Abstract
In the present economic life is there an out-of-order market that blocks the market economy from further growing. This requires that the socialist legal system building be strengthened, sound law bodies established, law execution be normalized and empowered in order to make a social condition favorable for a sound market order and foster the healthy development of the socialist market economy.
