Abstract

This paper analyzes the problem of Endogenous price discrimination and presents stylized two and multi structure models.It focuses on the impact on market price and output,firm's profit,consumer surplus and social welfare.Based on the model,we discuss explanation of mulit-discount prices regime in airline industry.
