Constructing Cultivate Mechanism of the College Students' Creative Quality——Based on the Scientific Development Concept Perspective

Abstract

Training of creative quality of college students is the core of quality education.In this paper,the college student's creative quality is defined and systematic analysis of the impact and constraint of college student's creative quality training factor is done.Based on the scientific development concept,on five aspects,especially building a multi-evaluation of the quality of the personnel system,the training mechanisms of college student's creative quality are discussed.
