Abstract
In our country environment public interest civil litigation has been emerging,but has not yet formed into a system.The main reason is that it is difficult to establish the main prosecution for the practice of environment public interest litigation.Our country should use the mode of foreign public interest litigation for reference,that is,the Procuratorial Authority brings suits,and community groups are also encouraged to file public interest litigation.
