Abstract
The powdery mildew resistance of 921 barely accessions was identified. The results showed 181 accessions were identified as high resistance(19.65%),163 accessions as resistance(17.70%),447 accessions as susceptible(48.53%),130 accessions as high susceptible(14.12%).The susceptible accessions were more than resistant ones. The analysis of growing period, plant height, spike length, full grains per spike, grain rate, grain weight,1000grain weight of the test accessions showed there was high genetic differentiation among the 181 high resistant accessions. The application of resistant accessions(Mushigang 3,Zhi 3 and S-096) for breeding was discussed.
