Think about the National Law of the Regional Ethnic Autonomy

The law of regional autonomy of minority nationalities,functioning as the core of present nationality law system,also plays the role in adjusting the relationship between the national and the autonomous regions. On the one hand,the construction of constitutional government for ethic autonomous regions should match with the nation's constitutional and governmental structures,restricted by the nation's constitutional and governmental system without exceeding the limit / boundaries of the nation's rule to set constitutional and governmental system from the constitutional government's point of view. On the other hand,the fundamental function to construct constitutional government should aim at both satisfying the need for the development and harmonious co- existence for all nationalities in regional autonomy of minorities in order to meet the need for the unified construction of the multinational nation.
