Study on Government Public Sport Service Function in Heilongjiang Province

In this paper,using the method of literature,interview and mathematical statistics to invest and analyze the current situation of government public sports service functions in Heilongjiang province,conclude: public sports service products in short supply,sports law and regulation system is not perfect,public sports service efficiency is low, the government in the provision of public sports services in the positioning is not accurate,public sports service has the shortage of capital supply.On the basis of that to discuss public sports service function way of realization: clear the government in the provision of public sports services in duty,establish the people oriented idea,establish perfect sports development plan,establish and improve the public finance system,deepen the reform of physical education system
