Abstract

Objective:To investigate the effects of RuAoKang on proliferation of mammary cancer cell line MCF-7 and expression of BCL-2.Method:Mammary cancer cell line MCF-7 was cultivated and the effects of RuAoKang on proliferation of MCF-7 were detected under different concentrations and in different times with MTT assay;the effects of RuAoKang on expression of BCL-2 were surveyed with Western blotting method.Result:The results of MTT demonstrated that RuAoKang could inhibit the proliferation of MCF-7 and the inhibition of RuAoKang was positively associated to the concentration and time.Expression of BCL-2 was decreased gradually after RuAoKang acted on MCF-7.Conclusion:RuAoKang can inhibit the proliferation of mammary cancer cell MCF-7,which might stimulate the anti-inflammation mechanism and induce the apoptosis of tumor cell though inhibiting the expression of mammary cancer cell BCL-2.
