Abstract

This paper gives a CSSCI-based statistical analysis of the academic influence of Chinese linguistics periodicals published between 2004 and 2006 with the impact factor and the immediacy index as the two indicators,and expects to give an objective and comprehensive evaluation of the academic influence of such periodicals in the hope of improving their quality and quickening their development.
