Abstract
The characteristic of the peasant professional cooperative organization was expounded in this paper.The problems were analyzed,the specific suggestions and countermeasures were put forward,in orde to keep the sustainable development of the peasant professional cooperative organization,promote the agricultural economic development and peasants′ income increase.
