Abstract

The change of the components in FCC slurry oil on different storage conditions is determined with liquid-solid chromatography. Under normal storage condition, the contents of asphaltenes increase, whereas those of aromatics decrease. The presence of nitrogen inhibits the increase of asphaltenes in slurry oil.
