Abstract
This paper introduced the status quo, methods and existent problems of viscous oil recovery. At the same time the purpose of the research viscosity reducing agent was presented. Based on the causes of forming viscous crude, the molecule structure was analyzed, using alkenes amide, anhydride and higher alcohols synthesized a high effective and oil- dissolves viscosity reducer CYJJ. The visbreaking mechanisms of CYJJ were expatiated in detail, and the performance of viscosity reducer was evaluated. Through comparative analysis with water-solubility viscosity reducer, the CYJJ viscosity reducer has high effective viscosity reducing, excellent salt resistancy and salinity tolerant property. Its viscosity reducing rate is high up 87.2%, resisting salt concentration is 30000mg/L, resisting salinity consideration is 10000mg/L.
