Construction of Running Standards of Productive Practical Training Bases Established by Introducing Enterprises into Colleges

In recent years,productive p ractical training bases established by introducing enterprises into colleges have been very supportive to higher vocational colleges cultivating highly-skilled talents. It is certainly critical to select proper enterprises and cooperation projects,but what is more important is how to ensure that the practical training bases run enduringly and effectively to achieve a satisfactory win-win situation between colleges and enterprises. It is through research and practice that the realization is reached that the construction of running standards of productive practical training bases established by introducing enterprises into colleges should consist in five basic elements, namely, the authenticity of production, the curricular feature of training projects, the generality of trainees, the union of enterprises and colleges, and the degree of utilizing open hours.
