Abstract
Objective: To observe sacrum and coccyx's anatomical variation in X-ray, and to understand normal anatomy variation. Method :Took X-ray of 120 cases un-injury patients and read the image by experience doctor. Result: Four anatomical variation were showed : well-curved type, sacrum angulation type, coccyx angulation type, coccyx dislocation type. Conclusion: Sacrum and coccyx have various anatomical variation in X-ray image, the ceinicians should pay more attention to differentiate the normal anatomical variation from fracture and dislocation.
