Analysis on Allergic Purpura with Main Symptom of Abdominal Pain of Children

Abstract

Objective To discuss the hypersensitive purpura of children with main symptom of abdominal pain.Methods 21 cases of such patient were treated in our hospital from 1995 to 2004 and the materials were analyzed retrospectively.Results The misdiagnosis was common before the typical purpura present.Conclusion The abdominal pain especially epigastric or peri-umbilical or tenderness might be possible for HSP that without available signs.
