On Yi People's Concept of Living and Death from Guizhou Yi People's Burial Culture

Yi people is one of the 18 native peoples in Guizhou province.Compared with the various groups in Guizhou,Yi people has a unique culture of the funeral.The burial ceremonies,in all aspects,reflect Yi people's basic concepts and attitudes of living and death : the animism,the eternal soul,the independent soul,the good soul,the same source soul,the key to the soul,and ancestor worship.These concepts and attitudes derive from the cultural pressure and ethnic bias of their ancestors in the survival and development process.It is the state of their own culture to explain the existence,and it has a certain social function.
