Observation on the Treatment Efficacy of Functional Dyspepsia with YiQi BuGanFa

Abstract

Objective:To observe the efficacy of treating functional dyspepsia with YiQi BuGanFa.Method:72 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups and each group had 36 patients,the treatment group took Chinese herbs with the effect of enriching liver,the control group took mosapride citrate tablet,4 weeks for a course,compared the clinical efficacy in two groups after a course of treatment.Result:The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group were 91.7% and 77.8%,compared the two groups,the difference was significant(P0.05).Conclusion:Treating spleen-stomach weakness of FD with YiQi BuGanFa can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients.
