Abstract

The measurement and modeling of Ultra Wide Band(UWB)signal are the key issues in UWB area. The time-domain and frequency-domain characteristics of UWB signal are obtained in this paper By applying the time-domain measurement.At the same time the property of UWB signals penetration is analyzed.The measurements and analysis can be used in indoor localization and communication with UWB technology.The IEEE P802.15.4a channel model is verified with the measurements in this paper.
